Is there a charge for the design session?

No charge at all. Our design sessions are complimentary with zero obligation. We'll measure your windows, explore options together, understand your vision, and provide a detailed quote. No pressure—just honest guidance about what works for your space.

How much time should I plan for?

Plan for 45 minutes to about 1.5 hours, depending on your space and project scope. During that time we'll:

  • Measure every window accurately
  • Discuss your style, needs, and budget
  • Show samples and explore options
  • Answer all your questions
  • Leave you with a detailed quote

We work around your schedule for maximum convenience.

What should I think about before we meet?

Who does the installation?

How much time should I plan for installation?
  • A few windows in one room: 1–2 hours
  • Full house installation: 3–5 hours

Do you need me home while you're installing?

Yes, we recommend it. It helps us access everything, answer questions in real-time, get your approval on the finished work, and explain operation of motorized products. If logistics are an issue, we'll work out a solution.

What if something isn't perfect?

We stand behind our work completely. If there's any fit or appearance issue, tell us right away. We'll schedule a follow-up at no charge, make adjustments or remakes if needed, and ensure you're 100% satisfied before we consider it done.

Will you damage my home during installation?

We're very careful. We use proper hardware for your wall type and take every precaution. Some mounting holes are necessary, but they're small and easily patched. Renters can ask about damage-free options. We'll explain everything during your consultation.

What does your warranty actually cover?

We cover manufacturing defects and workmanship issues:

How do I file a warranty claim?

Can you repair or service existing products?

Absolutely. We repair broken slats, cords and lift mechanisms, motors, hardware and brackets, plus fabric cleaning and care. Many repairs are affordable and extend the life of your window treatments significantly.

How should I care for my window treatments?

Blinds: Dust weekly with a soft cloth. Keep moisture away.

Shades: Gentle vacuum or dusting. Follow fabric-specific care instructions.

Shutters: Soft, damp cloth for cleaning. No harsh chemicals.
